Behold: the Dress Made Out of Tax Forms
Nashville singer Britt Savage has found that the Child and Dependent Care 1040A form is useful for more than just reporting the expenses and benefits that come from taking care of children and other dependents during the course of your tax year. It also makes for a mighty fine pink dress. In preparation for a gig scheduled for April 15, Savage spent a month shredding countless copies of the Child and Dependent Care 1040A, with some paler pink Individual tax forms for contrast, and weaving them into a full-sized, wearable dress. She plans to don her new digs during her April 15 show, where she will sing Taxman by the Beatles. Somehow, we have a feeling this won't be quite as feasible once e-filing really starts picking up.
