2.  Complete a Registration Form and Mail or Fax It
If you have any difficulty with the above, you can also download a registration form, and return it with payment to the address indicated, or fax it to FAE at 866-495-1354. Or call 800-537-3635 to enroll by phone.

Individual POP Pass:
 
An Individual POP 2012 Pass enables its holder to take up to 10 FAE conferences or seminars between January 1, 2012, and December 31, 2012. Individual POP Passes are available to current members of the NYSSCPA only. Please log in with your NYSSCPA member data to purchase your POP 2012 Pass.
 
Firm POP Pass:
 
A Firm POP 2012 Pass will enable the purchasing firm’s staff to attend up to 10 events in the same date range. Membership in the NYSSCCPA is not required to purchase a Firm POP Pass.
 
POP 2012 usage is limited to registration at FAE seminars and conferences being presented between January 1, 2012, and December 31, 2012, only. Since the POP 2012 Program expires December 31, 2012, all registrations must be received by December 17, 2012.
