Survey Requests Input on Website

Does an Online Newswire Interest You?

The member survey enclosed in this newspaper is an effort to identify new online services of interest to members to strengthen the Society's website.

One possible feature is Information, Inc., an online newswire that reviews more than 1,400 information sources, including major national newspapers, business magazines, national and international wire services, and periodicals, and provides weekly summaries of pertinent news, events, and issues of interest to CPAs. Below is a sample of the type of articles provided by the service. If offered on the Society's site, members would simply click on the headline for a concise, easy to read summary.

Please complete the enclosed survey (or respond online at www.nysscpa.org/survey.htm) and let the Society know if newswire services such as Information, Inc., would be a helpful service to CPAs.
