She then co-founded Berk & Berk, CPA PC, a Public Accounting and Tax Practice in New Jersey, with her father in 1988. After Mr. Berk passed away, Ms. Berk formed S E Berk CPA PC in New York in 1996. The Firm is engaged in various areas of Public Accounting, including Accounting Services, Management Consulting and Tax Preparation and Planning. Ms. Berk has over 38 years of experience with a significant concentration of clientele in the tri-state area and throughout the United States. Ms. Berk’s extensive accounting experience includes management consulting service, in-depth tax planning, tax preparation, audit representation and obtaining financing for client expansion.
