Your First Steps

1. Log in to your account
If this is the first time accessing the new site, navigate to the upper right-hand corner of the screen and click Login.

Please enter the email registered to your account and click “Forgot Password”.

2. Enter in your email address and reset your password
You will receive an email with a code that should be entered on your login screen, and it will prompt you to update your password. Once you have completed the process and received a successful prompt, please click “Back to NYCPA”. If that doesn’t work, please call Member Services at 800-537-3635. 

3. Review your communication preferences in your account
After resetting your password and successfully logging in, navigate to your user profile and review your personal preferences.
