Overview of the California Climate Disclosure Laws

The speaker will give an overview of the California Climate Disclosure Laws (California Laws). Also included will be a discussion of the California Nexus Standard, the Greenhouse Gas Protocol’s GHG Emissions, the SB 253 excel reporting template, including key definitions, SB 261, legal challenges, a proposed statement of GHG emissions recent developments and questions, concerns, and comments.
