Judith is the founder of The Bachman Law Firm PLLC. The firm protects business clients and helps them grow. The firm provides counsel to a range of businesses including those with five employees or more with revenues of more than $3,000,000. Many of the firm’s clients are family businesses, real estate, construction and property management entities, and manufacturers. The firm acts as “outside” in house general counsel by helping clients with transactional, corporate, cyber/data privacy, intellectual property, real estate, and litigation matters. Judith has been practicing law for more than 30 years. She is licensed in both New York and New Jersey. Judith serves as the Judge for the Village of Grandview on Hudson Justice Court and is on the boards of the Westchester County Women’s Bar Association (Cyber Law Chair), the Rockland Business Association, Women Owned Law, and the New York State CPA Society, Rockland Chapter. Prior to launching the firm, Judith was a litigation associate at Shea & Gould and then Dechert, Price & Rhoads. During that tenure, she worked on headline making matters including complex real estate disputes, securities cases, contract claims, and anti-trust issues. She received her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and her B.A. from SUNY Binghamton.

Hassan Khan is a Technology Consulting Partner at Grassi where he leads the Technology Advisory Practice. He has 20+ years of experience in Technology Assurance, Operations & Business Process Optimization, Strategy & Governance, Risk Analysis, Offshoring, and Enterprise Intelligence. Hassan’s practice areas include implementation of technology risk management frameworks, development of tailored regulatory compliance frameworks focused on GDPR, CCPA, GLBA, PCI, HIPAA and FERPA, IT platform/systems/infrastructure review, product strategy and innovation, as well as IT due diligence and crisis management. Hassan also has extensive experience in IT cost reduction, insourcing and outsourcing analysis, vendor negotiation, and end-to-end IT transformation. Prior to joining Grassi, Hassan was a Managing Director at a national accounting firm. He worked with clients’ management, audit committees and boards, and provided independent, senior-level expertise that enabled executives to drive value from technology and improve business performance. Hassan is licensed in New York as a Certified Systems Auditor, a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma.

Kelly Jines solves employment issues and resolves disputes that arise in the modern workplace with sound legal advice, creative negotiation strategies, and tough, yet pragmatic litigation tactics. Drawing from her prior business career managing national projects, client accounts, and employees in sectors as varied as aviation and telecommunications, she brings a multi-layered perspective to the workplace challenges faced by her clients. Kelly guides clients through all employment-related matters in the business lifecycle, from start-up to wind down. Whether advising clients on policies and offer letters or managing compliance, leaves, and separations, she equips her clients with current legal insights and practical options. In litigating or resolving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, or whistleblowing allegations, or conducting employment investigations and trainings, Kelly’s clients rely on her to provide efficient and cost-effective solutions. She also advises and represents clients in labor matters, disputes over executive partnership arrangements, employee and executive contracts and compensation structures, wage and hour issues, commission agreements, handbooks, terminations, and other key facets of the employment relationship.
