Wilm Kranz, Co-Founder. Wilm builds the multi-agent architecture that turns messy client data into reviewable, source-linked workpapers. He previously led multi-agent systems work at Amazon AGI and holds a number of patents on the subject. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and a master’s in computer science from the University of Chicago.

Blaze O’Byrne, Co-Founder. Blaze leads Byron’s vision, partnerships, and go-to-market for AI-native tax preparation. He comes from leading technology investing and commercialization efforts at Citibank before launching Byron. He is a former accounting major in Australia before working in financial services for a decade and getting his MBA and master’s in computer science from the University of Chicago.
