    Marisa Keppler is Director of Finance at Curtis Lumber Company, where she leads financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and strategic financial initiatives that support organizational growth and operational excellence. With more than two decades of finance and accounting leadership experience, including roles as Controller and Chief Financial Officer, Marisa is recognized for her expertise in financial management, business strategy, and leadership development. She holds a B.S. in Management and Accounting from SUNY Empire State College.

This module equips emerging financial and accounting leaders with the practical skills needed to manage people, build trust, and foster productive professional relationships. Participants explore how to establish clear expectations, understand different work styles, communicate feedback effectively, and manage relationships across all levels of the organization.
