Syracuse chapter president letter

I am honored to be able to serve as President for the Syracuse Chapter during the 2027 fiscal year. As a NYCPA member for the past five years that has planned chapter events, and served in other chapter leadership positions, I am excited to take on the president’s  role to continue to promote the benefits of NYCPA membership, and work to expand our growing network of professionals.  

Our chapter has actively engaged our community through various programs and events that provide our members with opportunities to network amongst their peers, offer continuing education requirements, and outreach to connect public accountants, industry professionals, and students to the NYCPA. We strive for continued participation in these areas of engagement that our chapter offers to encourage the growth of our profession as CPAs.  

 While I serve my term as President, my focus will remain on strengthening relations within our members through our scheduled chapter board meetings, providing meaningful events, and motivating others to become involved in chapter events to promote the many benefits of membership. Our chapter thrives on its members’ continued involvement in various activities, and the commitment of our board members that volunteer their time to create these opportunities to connect members with others in our profession. 

I would like to thank the Syracuse Chapter board members for their dedication to creating meaningful events and their thoughtful input on topics that better our chapter.
