After graduation from college, Ms. Berk worked in the field of public accounting for various Certified Public Accounting firms. She then co-founded Berk & Berk, CPA PC, a Public Accounting and Tax Practice in New Jersey, with her father in 1988. After Mr. Berk passed away, Ms. Berk formed S E Berk CPA PC in New York in 1996. The Firm is engaged in various areas of Public Accounting, including Accounting Services, Management Consulting and Tax Preparation and Planning. Ms. Berk has over 38 years of experience with a significant concentration of clientele in the tri-state area and throughout the United States. Ms. Berk’s extensive accounting experience includes management consulting service, in-depth tax planning, tax preparation, audit representation and obtaining financing for client expansion. Anthony J. Enea, Esq. is the managing partner of Enea, Scanlan & Sirignano, LLP with offices in White Plains and Somers, New York. For almost forty (40) years, Mr. Enea has devoted his practice to educating and protecting the rights of seniors, the disabled and their families from the costs of long-term care and estate taxes. Cimino Community Service Award from the Dominican Sisters and the Honorable Richard J. Daranco Distinguished Service Award from the Columbian Lawyers Association of Westchester County. Mr. Enea is the founder of the Anthony J. Enea Elder Law Scholarship at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. Steven J. Eller, CPA, JD, a Partner at PKF O'Connor Davies, LLP co-heads the firm’s State and Local Tax Group. Mr. Eller has over 30 years of professional experience assisting individuals, businesses, as well as estates and trusts plan for and comply with Federal, State and Local regulations. He advises clients with respect residency, nexus and apportionment issues, sales and use taxes and payroll taxes, , with a focus on strategic planning and compliance. Mr. Eller’s industry expertise includes real estate, manufacturing and closely held and family businesses. Mr. Eller has also been influential in both New York State and New York City tax reform. Mr. Eller received his J.D. from Widener University School of Law (formerly Delaware Law School of Widener University), and his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Delaware. He is a CPA in New York and New Jersey and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (“NYSSCPA”), and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Eller is a licensed attorney in New Jersey and admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court. Mark L. Stone, CPA, MST, is a Managing Director in Armanino’s SALT group, and a recognized specialist in sales and use tax. He previously served as the Founder and Managing Partner of Sales Tax Defense LLC, which later merged with Armanino. With more than 30 years of experience in state and local tax strategy and compliance, Mark has built a reputation as one of the leading experts in multi-state sales and use taxation. Mark’s background includes serving as a New York State tax auditor as well as holding Tax Manager and Principal roles at several prominent accounting firms. He is frequently invited to speak on sales and use tax issues by professional organizations and has served as an expert witness, testifying in tax court on behalf of clients. Mark’s true claim to fame is being a father to 3 children, and handling everything from being a proud dance dad, to college registration.
